How Much Does It Cost?
For pricing, please click Book Now and choose your date, time and number of people. The more people in your group, the more money you will save per person!
Can I Bring Anything In The Room?
Yes you can. We just ask that no pictures of video be taken inside the rooms. You may also leave your belongings in provided lockers
When Do I Need To Pay?
We require a credit card to reserve our rooms, however we do not charge the card until you arrive or in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or no-show. When you arrive you may split up payments as you'd like or pay cash.
Are We Really Locked In?
We may be crazy, but not that crazy. In the event of an emergency the door will remain unlocked. If you need to leave the room for any reason, let us know
What If I Need To Cancel?
There is no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. There is a $50 charge for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking. If you need to reschedule please give us a call at (585) 340-6090 or send an email to Support@NutHouseEscapeRooms.com
What If I Am Late?
Please note that our rooms start promptly at the time booked. If you are late, we will deduct your arrival time from your total time.
What If I Don't Book The Entire Room?
All of our rooms are private so you don't have to worry about being with strangers.
Can I Book A Private Event?
All of our rooms are private. If you need to book multiple rooms, you can do so online. If you do not see the rooms available you want to book, please call us at (585) 340-6090 or text us at (585) 340-7361. You can also email us at Support@NutHouseEscapeRooms.com
How Long Does A Room Take?
Each room lasts up to 60 minutes. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time for check in and introduction to the room. You should plan on spending a total of 90 minutes with us.
Is There An Age Restriction For Your Rooms?
Our rooms do not have age restrictions, however due to the difficulty of the puzzles, it is recommended for ages 13 and older unless accompanied by an adult.
Is Your Building Handicap Accessible?
Yes, there is a handicap accessible ramp and we also have a handicap accessible door into our space.
